Sleeper Gobies

RandomFishBoi

What types of sleeper gobies have you kept if you have kept them? Not looking into getting them right now, but I just wanna see other peoples experience with them. Post pictures if you have any please.

I'm mainly looking for some of the more rare sleeper gobies, but if you have peacock gudgeon or something like that then feel free to post about them.

I have a peacock gudgeon and it is very shy. It’s mate passed awhile ago and ever since it’s been very scared of me. They’re really fun when you have a pair, but IME they have a lot less confidence when they’re alone. Mine accepted pellets right away, but I know some people have issues getting them to eat anything besides frozen food. They seem to like having lots of hides, and the more hides they have, the more they’ll come out.

I think peacock gudgeons and sleeper gobies have distinct differences if you are planning to add them to a community. PG is a sweetheart but SG may not be.

As well as Empire gudgeons and Pacific fat sleepers, but I can't locate any photos of them. I may be forgetting one or two.
