Sinking Von Rio

I have an orange von rio in my 20 gallon that started struggling to swim. He has to move his fins as fast as he can to stay up. If he stops moving his fins quickly, he sinks. His head is above his tail when he swims. I put him in a cup and tried to feed him a pea, but he didn't eat it. I tossed some in my tank too and they sank to the bottom and my cory catfish all went and laid on top of them, but didn't eat them. That's all that happened with the peas. What should I do?

I have experienced this only once in quite a long time. I think it is from stress, you can try combining antI bacterials with stress reducers like stress guard or stress zyme
