Single Rummynose Tetra with weird internal growth.

evildrtran

Only fish out of 16 with this weird internal mass. Rummy nose Fish is now quarantined and sharing a tank with a hill stream loach. (Emergency since loach was only 1 day into quarantine and didnt want other tetras to be infected.) He's not eating and only hovers midwater behind fake plants (not sure of this behavior because of illness or school separation). Ive treated with paragaurd and 2 days later, kanaplex. He's been in quarantine since monday 04-05-21. Still zips around the tank when i check up on him during the day. Am i over reacting? Is this parasitic or bacterial or fungal? QT is 10 gallons, 1 sponge filter and 100w heater with fake plants. Parameters Ammo 0, Trites 0, Trates 5ppm. Parameters and pics attached.
