Single female Amano somehow pregnant

I have a planted tank with other shrimp, 3 orange bees, 2 red cherries, a black rainbow shrimp and then the Amano. Now what I don't understand, is that somehow my Amano is somehow pregnant AGAIN (I bought her pregnant) and I don't even understand how that would be possible. Now when I introduced all of them, the black one IMMEDIATELY mounted the already pregnant Amano. The black one is the oldest in the tank, having been there from when I had Live Bearer Endlers. I don't understand how the Amano can be pregnant, unless the rainbow is Caridina but even then, idk. I want these babies don't get me wrong, I just wanna know what the heck happened.

Could you attach a pic of the amano? Could be a wild colored neo that looks like an amano.

I couldn't get a good picture of her, as my camera is bad, but she does sometimes change her she'll darkness.

I did, but like I said, she should be an Amano. Unless Petco is real dumb or real good at lying.

Yeah that is not an Amano shrimp. That is another neocaridinia shrimp. Petco is always selling wild neos as amanos. I have never once in my life seen them being sold correctly. (Not every petco is the same though)

The shape of the eggs are exactly like a neo shrimp. Amano eggs look WAY different. Sorry you didnt get an amano :/

I know it sucks! Maybe try a LFS for some amanos?

I will most likely when I get a bigger tank. Rn, I have a population issue to figure out, as my shrimp are all pregnant again. So I will try to sell to some lfs for like $2 a pop or something.
