Sick rummynose, possibly sick DG?

Hi! This is my first post, but I’ve learned a lot from this community. Hoping to get some advice about a sick rummynose, and possibly sick DG. here’s all the info:

Does it have a heater? Yes

7 rummynose tetra
7 cardinal tetra
2 nerite snails

Do you vacuum the substrate or just the water? Vaccume substrate

*Parameters - Very Important

What do you use to test the water? Api test kit
What are your parameters? We need to know the exact numbers, not just “fine” or “safe”.

Nitrate: ~5
pH: ~7.7

How much do you feed your fish? As much as they can eat in ~2 mins

Illness & Symptoms

How long ago did you first notice these symptoms? DG- few weeks
Rummynose- 1 day
In a few words, can you explain the symptoms?
DG- has a raised bump on its side, acting normally otherwise
Rummynose- swimming with nose in air, not eating, red patch on belly
Have you started any treatment for the illness? Quarantined rummynose and treated with API body cure
Was your fish physically ill or injured upon purchase? No
How has its behavior and appearance changed, if at all? DG- no change besides bump
Rummynose- stays near bottom of tank, it seems like it has trouble swimming up, not eating

Explain your emergency situation in detail.
(Please give a clear explanation of what is going on, include details from the beginning of the illness leading up to now)

I’ve noticed a small bump on the side of my DG for a few weeks now, and didn’t think much of it until this morning when one of my rummynose began to appear that it had some trouble swimming, no interest in eating, and had a red patch on its belly. I quarantined the rummynose and dosed with API Body Cure, thinking maybe a bacterial infection (and the only thing in stock at the store that seemed helpful), but I’m not sure. Parameters have been steady for a year. Cardinals are newer additions about 5 months ago. All other fish in the tank appear totally fine. Although this tank has been running for a year, I’m still pretty new to this hobby! Thoughts on what else to try? Anything i could be doing differently?

Idk a lot about rummynoses, but I do have 3 DGs and I think yours has dwarf gourami disease, and/or a tumor. Both are incurable and untreatable.
