Sick Platy, Weird Symptoms

So I have a male Platy that about a week ago I noticed had clamped fins and a little stringy poop. I treated twice with prazioro. He was getting sicker and on one side back near his tail fin I noticed some milky spots but they weren't that pronounced. He was now darting about and swimming upstream in the flow from the hob filter. I treated with kanaplex but no improvement. I set up a 10 gallon hospital tank 3 days ago and treated with jungle fungus cure. He's perked up slightly I guess over the past couple of days but he just lays on the bottom most of the time. The milky spots are still visible and have not gotten any worse. Today I tried a kanaplex-furon2 combo. Tonight he is still just laying on the bottom but will swim in a scared darting manner when I get close to the tank...not a natural swim pattern at all. He does react to food and does pick at it a bit. I feel like I haven't hit on what's wrong with him though as he's not really improving. The community tank I removed him from is healthy and no fish ever got sick. I did test the water parameters and they were normal, 0-0-20. I'm stumped.

Sorry that half your post is deleted in the quoted portion of my post. I’m on my phone and have to delete in order to open space to type.

Anyway, I got a high fin blue platy male a few weeks ago and when I added some rasboras, my tank got ich. The female guppies, female platies, my dwarf blue gourami, female sword and even a little platy fry had the typical white salt specks but the highfin male platy never got any ich specks. He began clamping his fins though and got a white circle in the middle of his black Mickey Mouse thingy. It was about the size of a number 2 pencil eraser. A day and a half after I treated the tank with API super ich, it disappeared and he unclamped his fins. He’s happy as lark now as are all the others now that we have completed the second and final dose. Alleluia! The ich is gone!

(Before the API Spee ich, I had tried salt, high temps, and daily water changes for 18 days but the ich persisted.)

Anyway, thought I’d mention in case your platy’s white spot is like my male highfin platy’s white spot was.

Thanks, I really appreciate it. He's still under the weather. He layed on the bottom for several days and would dart about kind of aimlessly whenever he did move. Now he just stays at the top. His fins are clamped but will open up when he swims. He still has the darting behavior when he swims, in fact he never seems to swim relaxed. He does eat though. Just weird. I'm still stumped. Oh, and the milky white area is pretty much gone now. Thanks again for your support
