NASO AND DOGFACE PUFFER ARE FINE NOTHING ABNORMAL

nIGER HAS BEEN HIDING UNDER A CLIFT ROCK FOR 2 DAYS, NOT NOTICED EATING BUT WASN'T SWIMMING OFF BALANCE AND IS NOT SHOWING SIGNS OF INFECTION ON HIS BODY.

DO HAVE HAVE 2 BLACK SPINE URCHINS, COULD THIS BE THE ISSUE?

 

How are you checking the S.G./Salinity? Hydrometer or refractometer? Some fish will curl up when given freshwater dips for parasites.

 

How long you had the fish?

 

I use a refractometer and he's been here since Feb.

 

Unfortunately hard to say! It could be from starvation and/or symptoms related to exposure to either Cyanide or nitrite.
