Sick Molly? Or Stress

This is my male panda molly. I've tried parasite meds and bacteria meds from petco he's been through two days of each meds and hasn't perked up. I think it might be stress because the only thing I can think of is that when I got back from vacation he was chasing one of the female mollys nonstop. So I took him out and put him in a tupaware of tank water for a minute or two and he was covered up so he wouldn't be scared of me. Tank parameters are fine I have a liquid test kit. Yes I remembered to take the carbon out of the filter and I clean the tank and gravel every week. There's a rock, flower pot, two live plants, three fake plants, and a few pieces of oak that I boiled for hours after drying them out. His tank mates are two other female mollys and three rosy red minnows and 5 amano shrimp. I think he looks kinda greenish. I don't know what else it could be if it was stress it's been so long since I took him out. He still eats but only brine shrimp. He sit's on the bottom or swims around slowly usually. I turn the lights to blue and then off an hour later every night and they're near a window but not in the light directly. It's a 10 gallon tank. Any ideas?

I wound almost never recommend taking a fish out of the tank, unless you have a properly filtered, heated hospital tank.

It almost looks like there is some fuzz on the edge of his mouth. Could just be the photo though! Do you see that in real life?

No I don't see it in real life. From what I have been looking up it might be dropsy so I'm trying garlic as food, heat, and salt. Additionally I'm removing the medicine from the tank.

Okay! Sounds good! Does he look bloated?

I don't know kind of? It's hard to tell I'm not sure if it might just look like that just because I am looking to see if he is bloated. Either way he is swimming around now uninterested in the garlic and I couldn't find salt but the heater is in there. I know he will eat brine shrimp but I read that it's important to only give them garlic so I guess I'll wait and see.
