Sick Golden Dojo loaches

Hello all, I have a pair of sick Golden dojo loaches. There behavior started changing a few days ago with them being more active and sporadic swimming to the surface of my tank. I didn't give it much thought as I just figured it was a new pressure system that was coming in make them more active, however. Tofay I noticed that one's face is swollen, missing parts of his whiskers, and milky eyes. The other one is having some sort of spaziums while swimming and his face seems some what red as well. Any inside look into this would be grateful. I have pictures of the loaches and once I figure out how to post them I will get them on here. Also I will post my water parameters once I get home from work in about an hour with all my other tank details.
Thanks in advance

Going to be following. How long have you had your dojos and what is your tank temp. I'm assuming it's a full fresh water and what other fish do you have in with them

You might want to separate your loaches in a quarantine tank with little or sand substrate. Malnourishment may be an issue with the gouramies and who his barbs are gone. Aside from not getting ample food the gouramies may be attacking and causing the barbs to be gone and that is what they use to search for food
