Hey does anyone know the problem with one of our keyholes. Only fish in tank like this. Its tail and rear has hone white and looks dry

That looks like a very serious bacterial infection. Possibly columnaris. What is your water change schedule, water parameters, when was the last time you added fish, do you quarantine all new fish?
I think you will need to do frequent water changes and get antibiotics like Kanaplex + Furan-2 or just Kanaplex if you can't get both.
