    Please provide more information:
What are you using to test your water?
What size tank is he in?
How long have you had him?
    What are his tankmates?
What do you feed him and how often?

I have no idea however maybe Tolak can help. He breeds angel fish so is more familiar with them. I hope your fish gets better. Alison

    Just started
If you can get a look of him from above, does it look like his scales are pinconeing?

Also, I understand you're upset about your fish, but if I were asking people for help, I would try not to snap at them. Just saying

It started in 1 eye has now spread to other eye.. Eyes seem to had a small grey patch in the middle.. Nothing is wrong with my water and no other fish have been introduced since the angles 4 months ago so not sure wats wrong with it.. Do i just keep up water changes.. It looks like pop eye but not sure

If it's empty, I'd move him to the QT tank just in case it's something your other fish can get. It should also be more peaceful for him, as he won't have to compete for food or space.

If I'm not mistake, popeye is often caused by a bacterial infection. If daily water changes in the QT don't help, I might try a broad spectrum antibiotic.

What country are you located in? Location affects medication availability, many things that can be bought over the counter in the US have to be prescribed by a veterinarian in the UK. What's you pH & hardness?
