Help Sick African Dwarf Frog

I just found my dwarf frog laying on the sponge of my down stem and he seems to be hurt. His foot is really red and theres like fuzz on his leg. I couldnt get a good picture

Frogs seem pretty able to survive a lot of physical trauma, but the fuzziness and redness suggest secondary infections of fungus and/or bacteria. Those are not good. If the wound/infections are minor, and your tank conditions are pristine, it may recover without aid. But I’d bet against it.
Can it swim? Is it eating? How deep is the tank, and what size (volume)?

I havent tried feeding him yet. It can swim a little. He was in a 55 gallon but i moved jim to quarantine tank with little bit of water in it
