SHUBUNKIN, TWO YEARS OLD APPROX 5” LONG
Whitish blurry spots on fins, not like ich, maybe small blood streaks – hard to tell on Shubunkins because they are mottled, suspect fungus or fin rot. How to treat and should I remove him from tank to treat? Other fish seem fine.
In UK we may not have the same medicines as US!

    Hi Moodyfish welcome to FishLore!!

Can you post your readings for ammonia, nitrite and nitrate?
Let's see if we can rule out water conditions before anything is suggested.

    What size tank is it?

^^ Indeed, these are both very important questions.
