small corys are ok. Most small community fish can be kept with shrimp, but they will likely eat most if not all of the shrimplets. If you are breeding them, I wouldn't even put neons with them. I'd put otos, maybe BN plecos (big maybe there) and that's about it. Corys won't actively hunt shrimplets but they'd definitely eat one if it crossed their path.

A few snails can make a nice, non threatening addition as well
