Shrimp escapee.

Yesterday I purchased 4 Amano shrimp, later on that evening I looked into my small 3.5 gallon tank to find out I only have 3 shrimp. I searched everywhere behind the tank inside the tank you name it I looked there.
So this morning me and my mum were chatting in the kitchen washing up and something jumped out the sink to my surprise it was a shrimp and it was alive!!!! So I quickly grabbed the net and put him straight back into the tank with all the other shrimp (no fish).
I then thought to myself could he no put my other shrimps health at risk as his been out the tank min 10hours in dirty washing up..

I wouldn't worry about it. That is one tough shrimp. By the way they should have a cover on the tank

I haven't got a cover and don't no the exact size someone gave me this tank and it was a mess before and they where just going to chuck it but saw some potential and made it up. No one told me they escape! Will have to find something that can cover it.

Plastic wrap with holes works great!

On a completely different note, that's a really interesting substrate. Is it glass, amethyst?
