Show me your tanks with Glofish

I’m converting my old BioCube 29 from saltwater to a freshwater tank with Glofish tetras. I’m not sure if I want to do only Glofish or others too, and I’m undecided on what colors of Glofish tetras I want. One of each? Keep more of fewer colors? I don’t want it to look like a total kiddie tank, but I think pops of color are cool.

Please show me your tanks with Glofish so I can get some ideas for color combos!

Having previous experience with Glo Fish; I think the best way of having them, is getting black substrate, neon fake plants, and blue LEDs. This is about the best way of really getting their colors to pop.

I had them before this stuff came out years ago, and I tried to create a natural looking environment for them and it just didn't do any justice.

I'd recommend you getting one of the all in one tanks that has all of this; but you're converting your BioCube.

Just my 2 pennies.

Thanks! My kid actually had a super-bright-neon Glofish tank for quite a while—we went all-in on the decor. I think that’s why I’m thinking of a more naturalistic tank or monochrome color fish this time.

I LOVE our glo fish! I think the green, orange and red tetras really pop during the day and night!

Not sure if the fish are in this shot? Not natural cept a few live plants added. But we do love our Glow tank.

We've got the rainbow except the Sunburst orange, and are currently setting up a 20G for them, as the 10G got overstocked when we added our fifth.
