Show Guppy Culls

My wife has decided she wants Guppies.
All that's available here are Endlers and Hybrids, barely above feeder quality (even the cobras look like ****).
Willing to negotiate price, possibly up to $3 each for premium females, wouldn't mind a couple hI fin males (1 each lineage), plus shipping and a packing fee.
May pay more for Black Velvets.

When do you need them? I have tons of good quality fancy fry, but they're pretty tiny.

Not really in a hurry, but I don't have an import permit (Guppies are on the special import rules list as a species at risk).
