Should I Take This Fish Out?

I currently have a 55 gallon with 2 angels about 1-2 inches w/o fins a about 3-4 inch EBA, 2 platies, and 2 bolivian rams
I just got the bolivian rams and another angel on saturday and the EBA is being super mean, it is getting better he is not doing anything too mean he chases the rams around which i'm scared is going to stress them out since they are shy fish who don't really fight back, the EBA also picks on the platys and very rarely the angels but he doesn't bother them only probably only one time, but the EBA is probably my favorite out of all of them his colors are so bright and he has a great personality, he follows my finger and is always following me around the room, which will make it super hard to get rid of but the other fish's lives come first.. At first it was bad but it doesn't happen maybe a few times. so should I take him back to the pet store or should I wait and see if it clears up since he doesn't bother them as much anymore. And another question- the bolivian rams don't come up to eat they kinda just sit at the bottom and see if food comes to them is that normal? should I maybe feed more so it falls to the bottom for them to get it ?

As long as the EBA isn't actually doing any serious damage, like damaging fins (and is just chasing the other fish around instead), and not chasing the other fish around 24/7 then I think you'd be ok to leave him in the tank. Also as long as the bolivian rams are eating I wouldn't be too worried about it. I have a neon tetra who is just like your rams when it comes to feeding, he waits for the food to come down to him.

and the place I got the rams said they were a pair but I think there both males since they have been lip locking for territory does that mean there males?

I would remove him. Bolivian Rams feed on the bottom. Mikrogeophagus, which they are, means small earth eater because that eat from the bottom by sifting it. Schooling fish like Neon Tetra are afraid to venture up to eat when not in schools.

so I saw this idea of taking some tank water in like a shot glass and putting flakes or pellets and let them soak and then feed the other fish an =d distract them then dump the soaked food so it falls to the bottom quickly, should I try that?

I don't know hardly anything about rams so I cannot say. Other people can weigh in and answer that.

Yes they’re likely males if they’re lip locking.
