Should I Stop Salt Baths?

NBettas83

So thanks to all the wonderful people here, I was able to treat my Betta for Fin Rot. I've been doing salt baths for a while now, his other fins are healing and the caudal fin had the bad rot. I think I finally conquered it, I attached a picture of his tail below from during his salt bath, the melting is gone. Is it safe to stop salt baths and move on to PWCs a few times a week until he's really healed? Thanks!

It's hard to get a decent picture because he clamps ever time I try to get a good picture, he doesn't clamp otherwise.

I would slowly stop adding salt yes. Next time you add some, cut the amount in half, and then do normal your normal water change schedule. As long as it doesn't start to grow back, I'd say your good.
