Should I remove my cardinal?

    Okay well I am going to be doing a 60-70% WC and doing a lot of trimming/rearrangement of my plants. Just curious if I should put my 6 cardinals in a 5 gal bucket instead of leaving them in the tank.

    I'd put them in the bucket, it'll save them getting too stressed while you're pruning & rearranging your tank

    Good luck catching them. I leave mine in the tank. They hide out until I'm done.

    Yeah thats what ended up happing. Couldn't catch them left in tank. Also got 10 more cardinals and four otos.

    I find the fish swim to one side while I work on the other.
