Should I Move My Adf?

I have a betta fish and an african dwarf frog together in a 10 gallon tank. I've been noticing that whenever I look for the ADF, he's hiding somewhere. I'm not sure if that's normal for him, but I'm worried he's scared of the betta fish. I've never seen the betta nip at the ADF or even really go near him though. I also have an empty 5 gallon tank, and I'm considering putting the ADF in there by himself. The only caveat is I'm moving in a few weeks, and if it's not bad to wait, I'd prefer to move one aquarium as opposed to two, and maybe put the frog in the 5 gallon tank after I move. I guess I have two questions. Should I move the frog? If so, is it alright to wait a few weeks to do so?

The frogs like to hide and from what I've read the problem with ADF's and Bettas together is that the frog may start nipping the Betta's fins.

I have two frog buddies who've been with various types of fish and snails as well as by themselves and I can say that's just the way they are. They like to either hide or beg for food regardless of who's with them.

Mine have been fine with all the different things I've put with them. (Their tank is an unofficial quarentine/holding tank basically)

They really love if you give them something to burrow under.

That makes a lot of sense because he always burrows under this one log in the tank!

My girls burrow under their food dish when they're full. It's really cute.

They're lazy fatties who throw temper tantrums. I love them.

So I would say so long as no one acts out they're safe to stay together. Which is true for most things with bettas.
