Just planted and rescued my 10g. Should I leave the lights on overnight? The fish get stressed If I shut the lights off right after changing stuff. Thanks

Yes, if you do, the fish wont see where they're going and swim right into something and it could hurt it.

You should turn off the light at night, but wait a little bit since you just changed some things. If you have your lights on all day everyday day, you will have a lot of algae.

Do you have a “night light” blue light for the tank? If not I agree with the above and just wait a bit then turn the lights out.
