Should I Consider A Saltwater Tank?

CrazedHoosier

I’ve thought about it a few times in my life, but now is the perfect chance for me to finally start one. I’m selling all my freshwater fish in my 40 gallon breeder, as I just don’t have time to maintain all the plants anymore. I originally thought I’d just get rid of the 40 gallon and use the tank stand for one of my bird cages, but now I’m wondering if maybe I should give saltwater a shot.

I'm not really sure where I’d start. I’d like to know what fish I could keep in a 40 breeder, though.

I also considered buying one of Fluval’s 13.5 gallon saltwater aquariums, and starting one of them instead. I’m also a bit low on space, so that may still be the better option.

Anyway, should I start a saltwater aquarium? What fish could work in a 40 gallon breeder?

Marine is more involved that's for sure. Struggle to give mine the time to make it really what I want.

I changed from salt to plant because it’s less time
