None of those will grow plants they can barely grow algae I would go with finnex planted plus I will let you get more plants in the future.

I've used those cheap lights before and they are fine, I haven't seen one like the second link you posted before but I'd go for that one since its 6500k
The plants you listed are very slow growing and don't need a ton of light. In my opinion a finnex planted+ would just promote algae growth with your current plants since they are slow growing and don't use a ton of nutrients.
The cheap lights won't get any amazing growth out of plants but they work fine for most low light plants, I've grown ludwigia, wisteria, Java ferns, anubias, Java moss, subbwassertang and hornwort under the 10000k version, the 6500k should grow plants better. I would deffinately try it especially if your on a budget. You can always upgrade later down the line if you feel it neccesary.

Keep in mind beamswork has a ton of lights that some are super cheap and others are better if you want to go for beamswork go for the models that are .5w LEDs those are better.

My tank has low light plants and I have the second light you listed. I don't really care for it (to many blue lights). For my other tank I made one like in a DIY video, with the Supernight LED strips, and I like it much better. Of course I'd really like the finnex...
