Seymour's Golf Ball

For those who don't know, I used to have a crayfish named Seymour who was in a very devoted, physical relationship with a golf ball I put in the tank as a joke.

Since Seymour's passing, the golf ball has done pretty well, but I'm beginning to think that she's getting a bit desperate for the gentle touch of crustaceous hands

Great pics, what a shame you lost Seymour, he looked quite the character.

I remember Seymour an his golf ball. It made everyone who visited that thread smile.
I'm sorry you lost him.

Glad to see golf ball has a new, if not as animated, playmate.

Don't you have a new white one that would enjoy the golf ball. I used to get the biggest kick out of Seymore and his golf ball. Alison

Nope, I don't have a white one, but I actually did get a new blue one last night!

Congrats on the new blue crayfish, I am very happy for you. :;scorpionSorry it was the closest I could find that kinda looks like a crayfish, if you ignore the tail. Have you thought of a name yet. Alison

Haha, thanks! I've named him Simon, and so far he seems scared of the neon tetras in the tank. I intend to move them all to a 20 gal. as soon as I can because the 10 gal. is too small for them to coexist very well.

I think the Golf Ball is still hung up on Seymour, so I may have to get her a mossball for a friend, and they can go out for coffee or something.

Well, so far, Simon has shown no interest in the golfball.
