Sexing question; too early to tell?

So this is my first time keeping gourami but I love them already. I have had 4 pearl gourami in my 75g for a little over a month now. They were fairly small when I got them but now they are all 2.5-3”. The biggest of the 4 is pictured below. I thought that I might had gotten 4 females but the dominant of the 4 is pretty colorful. I don’t see any sign of any extension on the analfin at all but should he/she be showing them yet? The fish is about 3”

That, and the shape of the dorsal fin, make me tend to agree. jinjerJOSH22, what do you think?

I was hoping for a decent ratio but left room to add if needed. That’s a good thing if he is indeed a he. I will just have to keep an eye on the other 3 and hope lol. Here are the others, such beautiful fish.

Well, a second of the 4 is coloring up nicely now and even though he is smaller he definitely believes he deserves a seat at the table. So now I do believe there is 2 confirmed males, 1 I’m 99% sure is a female and 1 more wildcard. Might have to do some swapping with someone eventually, going to keep monitoring their progress. I have not seen any aggression out of them yet. The dominant male will chase the others but no one looks stressed and no one is getting damaged so everything looks ok atm.

Quick question for those that have more experience with pearls than I do. I know the optimal ratio of m/f but do juveniles that are raised together ever do fine as adults with an imbalance or should I look to address the balance sooner rather than later?
