Sexing Golden Rams

Hi, last week I bought 2 Gold Rams from my LFS, I think they’re both girls but wonder if they’re perhaps too young to sex? Can anyone confirm please?

I agree. Both are females.

9/10 if there is a red spot half way down below the spine it’s a female. both look like females to me

Just put 2 more up, are these any better? This fish is a lot less brightly coloured than the other one, and was a bit aggressive towards to other one when I first put them in the tank but seems to have calmed down a bit now. Thanks!

I have no clue with golds but I will say they are both the same sex IMO.
I would guess female but ?

Yeah I’d agree with original comments, both female. Golds are the hardest to sex though.
