Sex of the blue shrimp and another question

Is this blue shrimp male? S/He is much bigger then the other shrimp (other then my berried female) and isn't straight out the back (but used to be). I'm not seeing a saddle though but am unsure if thats due to the deep color.
Sunkist Shrimp, what is the white/silver bit on his back? (just after the dark part) I'm trying to understand shrimp anatomy and this one looks rather different with that then the others.

 

The "blue dream" is a female; saddles are less noticeable in this variant. Look at the line of the abdomen, its curved outwards -> female.
The Sunkist has a clear saddle; that's the white/silver.

 

Looks like a female to me. The saddle is harder to see on dark shrimp usually but you can see it in the close up

I see a couple people confirm the sex but that silver/yellow part is the saddle. It is where the eggs are developed. If you look at the forward angle it matches that shiny inside part on the blue. That is a easy way to sex if you can see that, it’s female.

 

Looks female to me. Males don't have belly's like that.

 

Thankyou. This is great news. I thought I had 5 males and 1 female. They all seemed to molt over the weekend, so I guess I'll have many shrimplets for christmas. So 3 males and 3 females.
This is another shrimp I'm not sure of, s/he molted too and I'm hoping is male.. I can't see any saddle and or bump out.
