Severe Shell Rot

I came across a white crayfish in my LFS which displayed signs of shell rot. I took it home to treat it since I figured it would be better off than at the store, but I may have underestimated the extent of the shell rot. As you can see here Imgur, he (she?) is missing some of his legs, brown shriveled stumps remain. Some of his other legs are also showing brown spots, as well as his tail and claws. I have been treating him with 10 min salt baths every three days, is there anything else I should be doing? I understand it should go away during a molt if the rot hasn't penetrated the lower layers, but I'm unsure if that holds true in this case. He is quite inactive, barely resisting attempts to net him, and has trouble walking (which is understandable).

Thank you!
