    Hi All

I recently got my hands on a juwel rio 125 and I'm about to start setting it up, the only problem is I don't really know how much aquarium soil I would need for this?

Can anyone advise the recommended minimum amount needed. The scape will have a slope and a hardscape to start off with.

I've been looking at 2x9 litre bags of tropica aquarium soil, would this enough?

    TIA

that really isn't the answer I'm looking for.

I'm looking for how many bags, kg's or litres

A general rule is 1-2 lbs per gallon, or 1-2 inches high per gallon. With it sloping upward, you'd have to do the math, depending on how much of a slope you want.
