No sure about white spots on the head. But white on the fins are normal. All serpaes have white on their fins

Woah! The thing that stood out to me was your stocking!

Betta fish really can’t be kept with those fish. Is it a male or female Betta?

Tetras need a school. You usually want at least 5 tetras. Your one tetra can become stressed by being alone, causing the to be weaker, causing it to not be able to fight of disease as well. Same with your danio. You want at least 5 danios.

Dwarf Gouramis and bettas don’t get along in most cases. Gouramis look too much like a betta. Which can cause fighting.

Most plecos need VERY large tanks.

And finally, a 20 gallon just isn’t large enough for all of these species.

You want ammonia at zero. I would recommend a 35% water change!

Your one tetras appears to have a fungal/bacteria infection. Do you have any hospital or quarantine tanks you could treat him separately in?

I'm sorry I'm new to this so I don't have a separate tank to treat him in but what do you suggest I do to help him out?

Thank you I'll look in to it more

I would do a 30% water change everyday for the next week.

If you don’t have another tank you can put him in, pristine water is the best medicine!

Thank you for the help . I'll do some water changes tomorrow how long do I keep doing that? Until ammonia goes down? This fish tank has been running for 3 weeks already and I read about the nitrogen cycle so I believe I'm going through that process

I would do 1 water change daily. Maybe change about 25-30% of the water.

I would do a daily water change for the next week, or maybe 2 weeks.
