I came home today and found every fish in my tank dead.... :'( :'(I guess the meds werent enough to stop the bacteria, so heres the new deal, I'm going to clean the decor that I was useing plastic plants and rocks, but what do I do with the sand My folks say that I should throw it out and go buy gravel I have it drying in a plastic bag currently, what do you think?

Also I was wondering if you can put Angels,Rams and festivums in the same tank?

Thanks for all the help that you guys have given so far! ;D

What you should do to help speed up the drying process is have it in an open area spread out so more of it can dry at a time. I say this because I have some gravel in a plastic bag from when my goldfish died in the spring (before I found this site) and it still isn't dry to date.
