Sorry in advance if this has already been answered in the past.

I just got my 100 mL of Purigen from Amazon in the mail today. It says treats up to 100 gal, but the bag looks so small. So I'm wondering if it treats 100g for what, a week? How long should this last and is this really enough for 75g tank?

My 250mL bottle says you should use 1mL per gallon. And it lasts a really really long time, but if it turns dark brown/black, you will have to restore it. For instructions on that visit Seachem's website. There is a very well stated explanation of how to do that. :)

Anywhere from 2-6 months before it needs to be regenerated.

Thanks guys! Gonna put the little pouch into my canister this weekend when I have more time to clean filter at same time.

I bought two of those little bags and here's why... regenerating takes 24 hours. And my thinking was - I take it out to soak it for a day, am I going to take my can apart again the next day to put it back? Nope! lol Open can, take out used Purigen, toss the other in there. Regenerate old and store until next opening ceremony. :D

That makes sense! I probably should've thought of that.

Well, you have a couple months and Prime shipping only takes 2 days. ;-) Honestly, I didn't think of it until a couple weeks later. I still haven't changed the original bag and it's been nearly 2 months.
