Seachem prime and stability combo questions Question

I recently lost a seal on the bottom seam of my 237gallon and had to reseal. Tank is up and running again but the problem is have all new filtration system all new biomedia so essentially brand new tank but the original fish (15inch bass and about 12 goldfish feeders) have to be in this aquarium immediately. That's the situation so here is the question. Will the 7 day seachem prime and stability combo handle this bio load and will it really cycle the tank in 7 days?
