Seachem Flourite

I recently started cycling a 29 gallon, which I plan to be a community tank. I set it up about a week ago, and now the water is extremely murky. I forgot to soak the Flouite first, so I did a 50% water change about an hour ago. I am now contemplating just restarting and refilling it. Thoughts?

If its still really murky a week later i would drain and refill it.
