Seachem Flourish Refrigerated

I was reading through docs on Seachem Flourish and it says to refrigerate 3 months after opening.
Never read that far before, I guess. Hmmm.

"Refrigeration is recommended 3 months after opening."

...For the same reason that "they" put an expiration date on yogurt... So you'll throw away perfectly good product and buy more.

It seems like, if it makes it 3 months, what's a few more? If it's gonna stink or go bad, it'll do it before the magical 3 months.

The reason is the organics in it. It will go rancid, like milk. I keep a 2lt bottle right next to the milk

Some nutrient DO oxidize over time... But there's no 90 day switch that's flipped... Three years, I might buy, maybe...

Some things I am willing to take on faith. With having had great sucess with SeaChem's products for years, I'll go along with their recommendations

Tylenol has a couple years expiration date. Military did testing and it's good for like 50.
