Scales missing or injured on goldfish! HELP

I'll get closer picture when I can but see in video gold goldfish is missing or has injured scales. I just rescued. No claimed fins, just scared after going from 5gal to 29.

Any thoughts?

So this is my 11th tank and kids convinced me to do fake decor and were doing ALL spongebob I have all figures coming in mail and getting rest of structures

Why can’t you do real decor, live plants look better?

I mean none of my other tanks have "decorations" only wood, rocks and plants. This one will have "fake" man made decorations. So were going spongebob crazy. Also will have live plants. No fake plants.
