SBD and Fin Rot

How do I treat a fish with SBD, constipation and Fin Rot? The treatments seem opposite (Fin Rot needs aquarium salt, SBd needs Epsom salt). Aquarium salt made SBD worse. Our betta is losing color, listless, poor appetite.
