Capt. Kirk is a Blue-Tail Crawfish who is constantly trying to escape his tank to go where no Crawfish has gone before, something he actually pulled off once when my girlfriend was cleaning his tank(he got out of the holding bucket and was out of water for over an hour all over our apartment while Allie was up and down frantically searching for him) hence the name..anyways,I've noticed a streak of black in the sand at the bottom of his tank which seems to be growing and I'm wondering if I should start to worry..if you have a sandy bottom in your tank and have ever noticed that black streak,I'd like to get your take on it.
