Not a bad list, but you're missing some species of Clowns. I'd also suggest holding the start of the alphebetization and making it more clear where Saltwater starts.

1. Why? That's a lot of work lol 2. Where'd you get all this info?

I am not trying to be rude or ungrateful or anything. But some of this is questionable to me.
Cockatoo dwarf cichlid: 20 gallons+, 60-74º F, good for community tanks, 1 male + 5-6 females
I believe these like much warmer temps. Like 75-80F
Otocinclus catfish: 2 per 10 gallons
Could be wrong but I thought these were schooling/shoaling and liked to be in groups of at least 6
Pygmy corydoras: 10 gallons+
You'll have to define the difference between these and many cories by their scientific names. These could easily get confused. Along with salt and pepper vs. pepper.
German blue ram: smaller than bolivian ram, 72-79º F
Electric blue ram: 72-79º F, peaceful,
Both of these need water of at least 80F

I didn't read through the whole list. But those are just some things that stuck out immediately to me

Appreciated, but here are a few issues I can see with a quick read:

A lot of the different clownfish you've listed are actually just different morphs of the same species - so you can have regular False Perculas, black False Perculas, Onyx False Perculas, etc... Not a big deal, but it's cluttering your list - maybe you should go through and comb out the color morphs, in all of your fish.

Clown Gobies definitely don't need a 10 gallon - they need a 5.5 at most. Bigger is better, but clown gobies are one of the few pico fish that can truly thrive in tanks smaller than 5 gallons or so.

Firefish are known to be relatively hard to sex, and two males in the same tank will likely kill each other. It's best to either keep a single specimen, a male/female pair, or all females in large numbers. Something that can be pretty important, for sure.

Separating out the brackish fish from the saltwater fish is something that definitely needs done, IMO.

While I truly admire the effort, I don't think you're going about this the right way. A lot of websites have a lot of very, very general information that doesn't often pertain to the fish. For example: above, you list that 1-2 dwarf seahorses per 5 gallons is adequate. In reality, you don't want to keep dwarves in anything much bigger than 5 gallons (no matter the number), just due to the fact that you have to add a lot more food for the horses to get to it. Then, you're fouling the water, and you have dead fish on your hands very quickly. Most of the issues aren't that drastic, but that's one that stuck out to me.

Maybe you should go back through, and get very specific information about each fish, instead of pulling it from a random website. It'd make for a much more useful list (because honestly, it'd be easier to Google the info than find it here), and if you could link some good examples of people successfully keeping the fish, it'd give the impression that the list well-researched.

Agreed, I go to seriously fish for everything as their info is often quite true. Though I don't know if they have any of the salty side of things. Scrolling and scrolling through a list like this would likely not be something many people are willing to do

I know, I'm sorry. Just wanted to post this to fishlore but I didn't realize it had that many issues. I'm trying my best to make edits so hold on just for now. Seriously fish was one of my websites, but they list temps in celcius and don't give direct tank sizes, instead dimensions, which was annoying to convert in order to make this paper. I personally love liveaquaria. I do apologize with all the issues with this. Just wanted to get it posted, and I'm making edits. As for finding what you need, just do ⌘F. Again, I apologize for all the issues.

If you make an account on seriously fish, it lets you see things in F instead just fyi
