Hello,
As the title suggests, one of my rummynose tetras seems to constantly have poop coming out. I can see the poop in their semi-transparent bodies. What's scaring me is that it's insides are brownish red coloured which is markedly different to the yellow/silver colour of it's comrades. Apart from this, there is nothing out of the ordinary.

I've searched online for these symptoms and haven't found any diseases associated with it. Could it possibly just be something he ate and nothing to worry about? I really hope it's nothing infectious is all.

Please advise, thanks!

The only thing I can think of is that it could possibly be internal parasites. Since the fish is eating, you could try feeding with a medicated food. If it has parasites it will get rid of them, if is doesn't have parasite, it will do no harm (so all the fish can eat the medicated food with no ill effects
