rummy noses with wierd things on their back

hey I have 3 rummy nose tetras and they are doing fine, they are active and they eat whenever I feed them. two of them have these white things on teir back that kinda look like scales. does anybody know what this is and if it is a disease?

Could you please fill in your aquarium info so we know what fish are in each tank.

It sounds like Columnaris. It can kill quickly.
