Rummy noses nose deteiorating?

i have this rummy nose and its nose has been this ever since I got this fish. What could it be?

Rummynose have some specific water requirements, do you have them met in your tank? One of them is they like very warm water around 82F+

yes I do know that. My Ph is 7.5 and everything else is 0. My water temperature is always above 26 degrees celsius.

Off other forums it says its a parasite. But if it was a parasite then wouldn't other fish show signs?

The problem looks bacterial to me.
Prognosis isn't very good.
You might try Microbe lift- Artemiss. Plenty of good reviews about this med.

Right. I wouldn't let them do that. Can I just use API melafix?
