Rummy noses nose deteiorating?

Rummynose have some specific water requirements, do you have them met in your tank? One of them is they like very warm water around 82F+

yes I do know that. My Ph is 7.5 and everything else is 0. My water temperature is always above 26 degrees celsius.

Off other forums it says its a parasite. But if it was a parasite then wouldn't other fish show signs?

The problem looks bacterial to me.
Prognosis isn't very good.
You might try Microbe lift- Artemiss. Plenty of good reviews about this med.

Right. I wouldn't let them do that. Can I just use API melafix?

Maybe better to try Microbe lift-Artemiss. Petco sells it.
Melafix is more of an antiseptic.

I don't live in America and the last shipment I ordered from America took 10 months.
