My husband wanted to help me with my tank water changes. He went to the store and bought a hose that has fabric on the outside and I think it may be rubber on the inside. We flushed the new hose for a few minutes before we used it to fill the tank. Did I do something wrong by using this hose or should it be ok to continue to use it?

I have drank water from red, black, green, and even yellow water hoses, I am still alive to this day.

Thank you everyone for making me feel better about the hose. I have nothing to worry about. This is a wonderful forum.
