Rotting bloodworms?

TacomaToker

I defrosted some bloodworms for my cardinal tetra today, and noticed a rotting/molding worm or worm casing that looks like green fungus. See pic below. I’ll take it out, but should I still feed the rest of the worms? Is this normal? It’s San Francisco Bay brand. Thanks for any advice.

I'm sure it's fine. Keep in mind that when these blood worms are farm raised and then collected there is always the chance of some debris ending up in the final product. It's not going to hurt the fish and everything should be safe considering it's been frozen for some time.
