I recently added 3 Rosy Barbs to my 55 gallon tank. 2 of the barbs are constantly chasing and nipping at my Angelfish, is there anyway to stop this?

It must be tiring for poor barbs to constantly chase the angel to nip at his fins. If you can't separate them, put more barbs in so they annoy each other rather than the angel. Even if they get along I would not keep them together as rosy barbs prefer much cooler water than angels do.

Is the fin nipping stressful to the Angel's?
I just don't want anything to happen to the Angel's, I have had them for over a year and they are doing extremely well.

Getting fins nipped at is a stressful thing for pretty much all fish. You may be able to reduce aggression by having a larger school of the fin nipping species and giving them a larger space, but rosy barbs and angles are not a great match IMO. Tetras or warmer water Asian species like rasboras would be better. But if you keep them in small numbers there is no guarantee that they won't get aggressive towards the angel.

Rosey barbs are schooling fish, and schooling fish that is not in at least a bare minimum size school of six is likely to become stressed. Peaceful species can be aggressive when stressed, aggressive species may be lethargic or shy, fish may get diseases like ich. Also, some species need larger then minimum schools. Rosey barbs might be ok in a school of 6, mine were. But You would be better ogg rehoming, returning the roseys, It is not a very good match with angels. six 6 inch roseys and the angels is t0o much even if they were compatible.
