Rosetail Betta ???

So I just got a new betta a few days ago. I have him in a quarantine tank now and he's been adjusting really well. No signs of disease and he has a great personality. Just one question. I have heard of most common tail types. Halfmoon, veil, Delta, double, dumbo, and butterfly but what the heck is a rosetail? I can't tell any protruding traits in his tail except it seems lengthy. Any information is welcome

Rosetails means an excessive amount of rays in the fins which can be very damaging to the fish's way of living.

compared to a halfmoon

Not to disagree, because yes, but they're prettier by some people's standards. Otherwise it's just a betta.

Didn't say they weren't pretty
A lot of breeders just refuse to breed them
