Roomspray

My aunt got me this room spray and I sprayed it on my pillow last night. Then I thought about the fishtanks. I'm pretty the spray is just made up of essential oils but I'm not 100% sure. I turned on my fan and opened my window to air it out but I didn't spray it around the room, just my pillow about 10ft away from both tanks.
Should I do anything else? Can this kill my fish or harm them?

 

You’re probably fine. I wouldn’t spray it in the air though.

 

Do you have lids on the tanks? I've sprayed things near (but in the opposite direction of) fish tanks w/o lids and have never had issues.

On one of them I have an aquarium lid but the other I just have a tilted sterilite container lid over the tank to keep the cat out. It is not the same dimensions as the tank.

 

I think it should be fine as long as you don't spray it in the direction of the tanks or very close to them

 

My mom sprayed glade on my floor near the fish tanks. One of them has 6 zebra danios and it has a tank lid. The other one has 3 goldfish and it does not have a lid. It has a plastic container lid over to keep the cat out but that's it. Glade could have easily got in. My mom did say she didn't spray it in the air just aiming at the floor. I've opened the windows and placed fans to air the room out but I don't think there's anything else I can do. If there is please let me know. The picture is what the tank without a lid has on it to keep the cat out.

 

Glade won’t harm fish unless you spray it directly into the tank. Do a WC just to be safe.
