Restarting - should I use Seachem Stability or Tetra Safestart or Fluval Biological Enhancer

I have a 10 gallon tank (filter, heater, air stone) that isn't in use. I had neon tetras and a dwarf gourami in there before and a betta even before that.
There haven't been any fish in it for the past 6 (ish) months so the cycle is over and I've cleaned it all over. I was wondering what to do with it now. It's uncycled, and I'm willing to go through a fishless cycle but I've been reading about alternatives like Seachem Stability or Tetra Safestart or Fluval Biological Enhancer. Should I use them?
I'm not sure what fish I want to get. Looking at black skirt tetras or cardinal tetras, or maybe cardinal tetras and a female betta, but I'm not sure yet. How useful is a product like Seachem Stability that I can safely use it with cardinal tetras, for example? I know that Tetra Safestart is considered the best but I'm in Canada and it's not available here.

So, can I possibly cycle a tank using Seachem Stability (or another product like it, any suggestions are welcome) with fish like black skirt tetras or cardinal tetras? Would it work?
(Also, I'm home for the summer, so I'll stay on top of water changes if need be.)

Also, any suggestions for fish would be nice.

Welcome to the forum

You can also fishless cycle using a bacteria supplement. If you don't have TSS+ there, you can certainly use Seachem Stability. Many have had success with it whether doing fishless or fish-in cycling.

Neither skirt tetras or cardinal tetras would be appropriate for a 10 gallon and I don't recommend a betta with other fish. What about some celestial pearl danios? You could have up to 12?

Here's a thread for other options:

Hello Nam...

Small tanks are difficult to maintain. The water can get dirty very quickly with even a few, small fish in it. If you're interested in tank keeping get something considerably larger, like a long 30 gallon. Something this size is more worth the effort.

Okay, so no cardinal tetras or skirt tetras. Looking into celestial pearl danios now. Thank you!
