Rescue Betta Dying!! Body Rot Finrot

help!! I rescued this betta yestday with sever finrot (first picture) but he was doing well. Bath a methylene blue and paraguard in the tank. This morning he was a bit off but nothing too intense. I just got back to school to find him stuck in the filter as he must have been too weak to fight the current. He is now laying on his side with almost no fins left, swimming a bit sideways. (Picture 2) is there anything I can do???

The black on his body looking like body rot wasn't there yesterday or this morning

 

I would to a peroxide treatment and make his water pretty warm, or kull him

 

He just died a minute ago.

I think he isn't actually totally dead as he reacted when my boyfriend squeezed him a little, but he doesn't even move when pushing/moving his body. I don't have any clove oil or vodka. Is there any other way I could euthanize him?

 

Get a bowl of tank water, add ice cubes to it, and add him to it. He should pass in a few minutes.

 

Make a glass of ice water and drip him in completely submerged... cold as possible

I honestly have no idea what he was. I got him looking like the first picture so the fins were too damaged to tell...
